Support is provided in a holistic fashion. We know that poor mental health is associated with poor physical health, which is why our Specialist GP clinic is integral to our holistic and comprehensive service mix. Our GP clinic supports the recovery journey by maximising physical health and wellbeing through lifestyle and functional medicine treatment approaches.

Informed by neuroscience

We recognise the significant challenges facing people seeking support for mental health conditions. Our clinical experience and extensive understanding of the neurobiology of mental ill-health means we think beyond simplistic diagnoses and treatment approaches. We take a new approach to mental health treatment.

Our precision psychiatry approach is designed to bring more precise and biologically based treatments for people living with mental health conditions. Understanding the connection between specific brain changes and emotional and behavioural symptoms, through biomarker identification, allows us to select targeted treatments which provide real healing and sustained recovery.

Our holistic and integrated approach considers not just your symptoms but also your individual variability including physiology, environment, lifestyle and genetics as well as your preferences.

Our expert team are dedicated to improving our understanding of mental illness and achieving sustained recovery for people seeking support. Our service is easy to access, and we offer both in-person and telehealth consultations.

Financial Hardship

Our commitment to affordability means that individuals and families can receive high-quality mental health services without undue financial strain. This individualised approach ensures that no one is turned away due to financial constraints.
