Natasha is a Clinical Psychologist and board-approved Supervisor with specialised expertise in trauma and complex mental health presentations. She supports adolescents and adults using a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to care.
Natasha draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and lifestyle-focused psychological strategies.
With extensive experience across hospital, community, university, and private practice settings, Natasha values collaborative, person-centred care. At Thompson Brain and Mind Healthcare, she works within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, research-informed treatment and contributes to the development of emerging trauma-focused and neuroscience-based models of care.
Natasha is also deeply committed to developing the next generation of psychologists. She provides clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional coaching to postgraduate students, provisional psychologists, and early-career clinicians, supporting their growth, confidence, and clinical excellence within trauma-informed practice.
