Curtis is a clinical psychologist with experience across private practice, education, and university settings, supporting adolescents and adults across a broad range of mental health presentations. He works from a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based framework, with a strong focus on developing a safe space and client-centred therapy.
Curtis draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. His experience in private practice has involved delivering both in-person and telehealth services, working with diverse and complex presentations, and supporting clients to translate insight into meaningful, real-world change.
He has a strong interest in early identification, strengths-based care, and developing clear, actionable strategies, and lifestyle changes, that support functioning across work, study, and personal domains.
