Every child experiences and expresses emotions in their own way.

Our weekly Art Therapy group provides a supportive space to explore feelings, build confidence and better understand themselves through creative expression.

5-week program structure:

Each week includes a guided creative theme designed to gently support exploration and reflection, including:

Session 1 structure:

Introducing Art Therapy and the creative space. Exploring identity and how children see themselves through art.

 

Session 2 structure: 

Exploring their inner strength through movement and creative arts therapy.

 

Session 3 structure: 

Reflecting on their emotional connections with family members through multi-modal arts exploration.

 

Session 4 structure: 

Expressing their understanding of a past memory, event or story through creative exploration.

 

Session 5 structure: 

Exploring art and imagination to support calm and restful downtime.
