NDIS Coordinator

With more than a decade of experience in the disability and mental health sectors, Sam brings extensive expertise in NDIS operations, governance and participant service delivery.
Having worked across intake, support coordination, leadership and service management before owning and operating an NDIS provider for the past six years, Sam offers a unique understanding of the sector from both operational and participant perspectives.
Her experience spans NDIS Practice Standards, organisational governance, quality improvement, compliance, policy development, incident management, workforce capability, participant pathways and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Sam is passionate about building high-quality, person-centred services that improve participant outcomes while supporting best practice across organisations. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology and has a strong interest in mental health, neurodevelopment and evidence-based care, bringing both operational expertise and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement in disability services.
